Charter aircraft take off, whenever the clients require them to do so- if appointments at the destination take longer (or shorter) — the passengers may always contact the flight crew via mobile telephone requesting a change. They will change departure times in accordance with such a request. However, the authorities have to approve such a change since there may be an overload of traffic at the changed time of departure at the airport (slot) and for overflights en route.
